These are 1 bedroom flats that are all self-contained. They are suited for Young people nearing independence, requiring limited or require floating support.
They have their own kitchen, bathroom and living room. These can be used as adulthood training flats.
Example: A block of flats with 4 self-contained units would house 4 young people, each with their own unit but sharing communal areas such as stairs, corridors and a communal door.
