Our care manager is responsible for liaison with our service users, service user’s family, social workers, commissioners and overseeing organisations for every aspect of our clients’ needs. We ensure that all the necessary requirements for support are put in place before the commencement of the acquired service package.

A combination of  a full assessment of the client needs, contractual and statutory requirements will give us valuable information on the kind of care and support required (Tailored) which in turn will enable us to carefully select the adequately qualified, skilled and experienced carers to deliver personalised high quality care. Where applicable , the duration and frequency of our face to face interactions (visits) would be agreed with the service users in the initial assessment period.

Temporary / Long-term Staffing

We supply staff to various institutions and individuals, our services are 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and our client groups are from a multiple of industries, but all our staffing solutions are tailored to specified markets. Our staff are empowered individuals with the right skills to contribute to your businesses success or individual needs. Whether it is Healthcare needs or cleaning services that are required. We cover the following areas NHS CCGs, Learning Disability Services, Private hospitals and clinics, Local councils, Nursing and Residential Care Homes, Mental Health Facilities and Clinics. Our staff have the skills and experience to cater a wide range of specialist needs, whether physical or mental nature. We ensure that all Nursing , Care and Support Workers remain reliable and maintain continuous supply of staff. Not all things go according to plan, in certain (legitimate) circumstances that are beyond our control, we are only able to place cover for care workers as per service user needs. We pride ourselves on proving continuity of care and our carers build strong relationships with their clients some which can last years. All staff undergo a thorough application process, we guarantee our Support Workers and Carers are fully competent and ever-ready to work without delay. We take enjoy delivering the best standards of service ensuring each Service User receives the care they deserve.

Direct Payment Management

More and more Local Authorities are offering their Service Users a Direct Payment, Personal or Individual Budget which can give the service users much more say on how they spend their care funds. With help from our legal advisers, we are able to support vulnerable individuals on receiving their direct payments and have due control over them. This prevents abuse of their funds. More information and advice on direct payments is available from the direct payments department at your local Social Services, or if you have an existing social worker they will be able to assist with more information. Along with an open door policy , our website is a means to receive feedback and a suggestion box & feedback forms are located in our front desk in our office.
